Château d’Esclans – the art of rosé wine, perfected in Provence
Chateau d’Esclans is located in the commune of La Motte-en-Provence in the core of the Var department, a region where a significant amount of Provence AOC rosé is made..

The estate is famed for its mature Grenache vines that yield grapes with a higher intensity of flavor compared to younger vines.
The primary grape grown on the property is Grenache followed by Vermentino (Rolle).

Chateau D’ESCLANS

Cotes de Provence Rose
Chateau d’Esclans is made of grapes grown exclusively from Chateau d’Esclans’ vineyard, consisting primary of Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino).
AROMAPredominantly floral notes followed by red berry fruit with a touch of vanilla and pear.
PALATEA wonderful smooth and creamy texture, which is both rich and long on the palate.
FINISHA complex and elegant wine, with power, length, and a textural, saline finish.

Garrus

Regarded as the finest wine of Château d’Esclans, Garrus is made from a single vineyard featuring vines that are almost a century old. Fermented and aged entirely in new large French oak barrels, the bold and refined Garrus was central to Sacha Lichine’s vision in 2006 to elevate rose to a grand status. Today, Garrus stands as a globally recognized, iconic luxury rose.
AROMAConcentrated aromas and flavors of dried citrus, peaches and passion fruit give this rosé a powerful nose.
PALATEA bright acidity with glazed pear and pineapple filling the mid palate. Garrus’ toasty notes are reminiscent of a vintage Champagne without the bubbles.
FINISHA long, vertical texture with a creamy finish that features rich, spicy notes. Powerful and elegant.

Les Clans

Le Clans is made of grapes selected from vines that grow from parcels of superior quality. The best quality lots bearing old vines consisting primarily of Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino).
AROMARipe red berry aromas with toasty and hazel nut notes.
PALATEFull-bodied, yet elegant. Ripe pineapple and ginger notes with hints of black licorice, making for a rich and exotic palate.
FINISHElegant, long a juicy with a suave finish.
