Drambuie

DRAMBUIE is a legendary Scottish liqueur with origins dating back to the 18th century. Believed to have been created for Prince Charles Edward Stuart, also known as Bonnie Prince Charlie, it combines aged Scotch whisky, heather honey, herbs, and spices in a recipe that remains a closely guarded secret.
The name Drambuie possibly derives from the Scottish Gaelic phrase an dram buidheach (“the drink that satisfies”), a claim made by the original manufacturer of the drink.
The brand was owned by the MacKinnon family for over 100 years before being acquired by William Grant & Sons in 2014, ensuring its continued legacy.
With a rich golden hue and a unique balance of sweet, spicy, and herbal notes, Drambuie has become a staple in cocktails like the classic Rusty Nail, while also being savored neat or over ice.
A true icon of Scottish heritage, Drambuie continues to captivate palates worldwide with its timeless charm.
