Just like with our vermouths, the selection starts with the same blend of high-quality white wines, which serve as the base for each drink. Through a delicate process called vacuum distillation, the alcohol is carefully removed – a slow yet essential method for preserving the authentic and natural wine flavors.

We use the same carefully selected aromatic herbs as in our classic vermouths, and the flavors are extracted using traditional methods. These are then naturally infused into the dealcoholized wine, thus preserving the richness and depth of MARTINI’s signature taste.
